Entertainment One dares SFB readers to brave the highly anticipated new horror film Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark in a unique and immersive public event this month, with free tickets available for a terrifying late-night screening and pop-up event.
Taking over Bankside Vaults, a network of tunnels beneath Blackfriars Bridge, the immersive screening will provide cinemagoers with the ultimate way to experience the vision of the filmmakers, unleashed in unique surroundings.
Taking over the cavernous Victorian arches deep in London’s underworld, the event will give daredevils the chance to face their fears within a haunted house, experience illusions inspired by the movie, weave their way through an ominous corn field and come face to face with the chilling character of Harold the Scarecrow.
The event is inspired by the terrifying vision of Oscar-winning producer Guillermo Del Toro (Pan’s Labyrinth, The Shape of Water) and director Andre Øvredal (Troll Hunter, The Autopsy of Jane Doe) and organisers warn it is not for the faint of heart….
A limited 200 tickets will be released on 14th August at 12pm for brave horror fans to get their hands on. Tickets will be released via Show Film First and will be limited to 2 tickets per person.
