ABC has given a very early renewal to Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD, months before the sixth season has aired.
The seventh season is expected to contain a further 13 episodes, and chances are the renewal has come early so that Seasons 6 and 7 can be shot back to back. Ming-Na Wen, Chloe Bennet, Iain De Caestecker, Elizabeth Henstridge, Henry Simmons, Natalia Cordova-Buckley and Jeff Ward are returning for the sixth year, airing Summer 2019.
