Although Supernatural continues to be renewed year on year, yet another spin-off has failed to gain a green light.

Wayward Sisters is the latest attempt to create a companion show, but the CW elected not to go with that. The Charmed and Roswell reboots have been given series orders, along with a fifth season renewal for iZombie. They’ve also given an order to Legacies, a spin-off from The Originals – itself a spin-off from The Vampire Diaries. (The Originals completed its five year run this year.)
