Sci-Fi Bulletin: Exploring the Universes of SF, Fantasy, Horror and Spy-fi!

Bafflegab are bringing M.R. James’s classic 1911 ghost story Casting the Runes into the 21st century, with a new modern-day version of the tale penned by Stephen Gallagher (Doctor Who, Eleventh Hour).

The adaptation stars Inside No 9’s Reece Shearsmith as the villain of the piece, Karswell, alongside Cormoran Strike himself, Tom Burke, and Anna Maxwell Martin (Motherland). The production will be released in time for Halloween.
