Regular Supermarionation contributor Desmond Saunders has passed away.
Saunders worked as a director, supervising director, and producer on various shows for AP FIlms and Century 21 including Supercar, Stingray, Thunderbirds, Captain Scarlet, Joe 90, The Secret Service, U.F.O., and The Protectors, as well as later returning to work with Gerry Anderson on Terrahawks. He wrote the mini-album F.A.B. which was reworked for the Thunderbirds 65 episode The Abominable Snowmen.
