Apple will be behind David Goyer and Josh Friedman’s adaptation of Isaac Asimov’s Foundation saga.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the new series will be produced alongside the reboot of Steven Spielberg’s Amazing Stories, with a straight to series order. As yet there’s no indication of the exact format that Goyer and Friedman will adopt to cover the multitude of stories that comprise the saga that began in 1942.
