Stephen King’s sequel to The Shining, Doctor Sleep, is heading to the big screen for Warner Bros., courtesy of Gerald Game’s Mike Flanagan.
The novel picks up the story of Danny Torrance years after the events of The Shining. Flanagan will rework the script originally written by Akiva Goldsman. There’s no mention yet of any cast attached to the movie.
