Sci-Fi Bulletin: Exploring the Universes of SF, Fantasy, Horror and Spy-fi!

The BBC has released the full trailer for the Doctor Who Christmas Special, Twice Upon A Time, which will be broadcast at 5.30 on Christmas Day.

Peter Capaldi, David Bradley, Pearl Mackie and Mark Gatiss star in the epic adventure written by Steven Moffat that will introduce Jodie Whittaker’s Doctor.

BBC America have also announced a special documentary, Farewell to Peter Capaldi, that will air in the US immediately after Twice Upon A Time on Christmas Day. Narrated by Colin McFarlane  the Farewell show will feature archive footage and interviews, looking back at Capaldi’s era as the Twelfth Doctor – from his very first script read through to his very last. It also features Steven Moffat reflecting upon his time as a writer and then later as Executive Producer, revealing some of his best and worst moments from his tenure, as well as his favourite episodes.
