American Crime’s Timothy Hutton will be starring in Netflix’s modern reimagining of the classic ghost story, The Haunting of Hill House.

The 10 part series, based on the 1959 novel by Shirley Jackson, will also star Carla Gugino, Michel Huisman, Elizabeth Reaser, Kate Siegel and Henry Thomas. Mike Flanagan is writing and directing the new version which is expected to expand the background of the central Crane family.
