DC fans were as well catered for as Marvelites at the San Diego Comic Con last weekend, with news on many of the upcoming projects.

Warner Bros. confirmed the following are upcoming: Shazam (which is the next DC movie to go into production), Suicide Squad 2,

The Batman with Ben Affleck’s Batman shown despite rumours – quickly denied – that he would not be returning to the role (Batman is the coolest f*cking part in any universe. I am so thrilled to do it. It is f*cking amazing. After two films, Kevin Tsujihara, Sue Kroll and Toby Emmerich have said, ‘We want you to be our Batman.’ I would be an ape on the ground for Matt Reeves. It’s a great time in the DC universe, and you can see why I am so excited to play Batman,” Affleck cpommented,

Justice League Dark, Batgirl, Green Lantern Corps, The Flash which was followed by a Flashpoint logo, and Wonder Woman II. No dates have been assigned to the latter two movies.

The Justice League trailer had less humour than the first one, but gave more of an indication of how and why the team come together.
