The identity of the 13th Doctor will be revealed on Sunday afternoon after the final of the Wimbledon Men’s Singles Final.
A brief video was released on the official Doctor Who twitter account on July 14, with various depictions of a number 13 around the globe, culminating in the announcement. The match begins at 2 pm on Sunday July 16th between Roger Federer and Martin Cilic; the announcement is unlikely to be before 4 pm and could be as late as 5.30.
