The Coming of the Martians – Sherwood Sound Studios’ faithful adaptation of H G Wells’ The War of the Worlds – will be released on August 21.
The production stars Merlin/Humans’ Colin Morgan as George alongside Ronald Pickup as The Curate, Nigel Lindsay as The Artilleryman, Dan Starkey as astronomer Ogilvy, with Olivia Poulet as Marion, Luke Kempner as Herbert, Molly Hanson as Adrienne, Stephen Critchlow as Captain Rostron, Nick Scovell as Henderson and Lisa Bowerman as Helen.
The script is written by Nick Scovell and directed by Lisa Bowerman.
