The latest attempt to create a spin-off from Supernatural looks set to get a back door pilot during the upcoming Season 13.

According to Deadline, Kim Rhodes will headline Wayward Sisters playing Sheriff Jody Mills who creates a monster-fighting force from girls orphaned by supernatural events. Supernatural writers-producers, showrunners Andrew Dabb and Robert Singer are joining Phil Sgriccia and Robert Berens on the project. Rhodes’ character first appeared in series 5 of the long running CW show.
