CBS has announced that the new Star Trek Discovery series will consist of 15 rather than 13 episodes.
The extension to the order for the show came alongside the first full trailer for the series, which shows many of the characters in action, as well as the revised make-up for the Klingons.
Star Trek Discovery launches in the autumn on CBS All Access in the US, Space in Canada and Netflix in the rest of the world.
