The BBC continued to link Pearl Mackie’s arrival on Doctor Who with football, with the release of a new 60-second trailer during the halftime break in the FA Cup quarter final on March 13 on BBC One.

Doctor Who returns for Peter Capaldi’s final season on the Saturday of Easter Weekend, April 15 on BBC One, with The Pilot introducing Pearl Mackie as Bill.
