Doctor Who will return for Series 10 on the Saturday of Easter Weekend, April 15.

While confirming Peter Capaldi’s departure at the end of 2017, the BBC also noted that the new 12 part series will be starting then. BBC America have also noted that the new season will begin there on the same day, at 9 pm, followed by the US premiere of the spin-off Class.

As is customary, the BBC has not indicated yet what time the new series will air; the two most recent episodes have had a tea-time slot.
