Netfix has released a short trailer for the 2 hour Christmas special of the Wachowskis & J. Michael Straczynsi’s Sense8.

The special will be released at 0001 Pacific Time (0801 UK time) on Friday 23rd December. The journey continues as the eight singular hearts and minds – Capheus (Toby Onwumere), Kala (Tina Desai), Lito (Miguel Angel Silvestre), Nomi (Jamie Clayton), Riley (Tuppence Middleton), Sun (Donna Bae), Will (Brian J. Smith) and Wolfgang (Max Riemelt) – weave in and out of each other’s lives finding deeper connections, learning darker, more desperate secrets about one another and struggling to identify with more than just oneself.

Season 2 will be released on Friday 5th May.
