Sci-Fi Bulletin: Exploring the Universes of SF, Fantasy, Horror and Spy-fi!

As Star Wars fans rush to book tickets for Rogue One, out next month, more news is starting to filter through of the next Star Wars story, featuring a young Han Solo.

Game of Thrones’ Emilia Clarke has been cast in the movie from Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, which sees Alden Ehrenreich as Han and Donald Glover as Lando Calrissian in the years before Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. No details have yet been released of Clarke’s specific role, but the Han Solo Adventures – now part of the Star Wars Legends book line – did see him romance a Rebel spy.

The movie is due for release in 2018.
