masseeMichael Massee, who appeared in The Crow and The Amazing Spider-Man movies, has died. He was 61.

Massee will sadly be best remembered for inadvertently firing a live round at Brandon Lee on the set of The Crow, hitting him in the stomach and leading to his death. After a period away from acting, he appeared in movies for David Lynch, as well as genre TV shows including Carnivale, FlashForward, Fringe, The X-Files and Supernatural.

No details have yet been released regarding his death, which was announced by fellow actor Anthony Delon on Instagram:
