Syfy’s Friday night block of SF shows will be back next year.
Both Dark Matter and Killjoys have been picked up for a third season, the cable network has confirmed. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Killjoys has averaged 1.1 million viewers, and while Dark Matter hasn’t been as strong, Syfy is happy enough to give the Canadian based show a further run. Killjoys’ final second season episode airs in the US on September 2, with Dark Matter ending two weeks later with a double episode.
