Starz’ adaptation of Neil Gaiman’s American Gods made a splash at Comic-Con with casting announcements and a new trailer.

Shadow Moon’s release from prison following the death of his wife is the start of a mysterious journey in which he meets Ian McShane’s mysterious Mr Wednesday… At the panel, Kristin Chenoworth’s casting as Easter was revealed, and Neil Gaiman noted that it was looking “more and more likely” he’ll be writing a sequel to the original novel.

The series will debut in 2017.
