Luke Cage, the next Marvel Netflix series to premiere after Daredevil’s second season arrives next week, will be released on September 30th.

The information came from the star of Luke Cage, Mike Colter, speaking at the red carpet event for Daredevil series 2. His own show “is going to be action-packed from beginning to the very end. Trust me. Daredevil premieres March 18th and I will see the fans on September 30th.”

Colter stars alongside Alfre Woodard, Mahshala Ali and Simone Missick in the series about the “hero for hire”, first seen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the first season of Jessica Jones.
