AMC put their new series Preacher out in front of its core genre audience on November 1st, showing the first trailer for the show during The Walking Dead.

“A supernatural Preacher, a gun-toting ex, and an Irish vampire are coming to AMC mid-2016”, the channel explained. Based on Garth Ennis and Steve Dillon’s comic book, the series was developed by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg, who directed the pilot, and Sam Catlin, who wrote the script and will be showrunner. Dominic Cooper, Ruth Negga and Joseph Gilgun star.
