True Detective star Woody Harrelson has signed up to play a villain in Matt Reeves’ upcoming War for the Planet of the Apes.
According to the report at The Hollywood Reporter, Harrelson will be playing a character called the Colonel in the movie, scripted by Mark Bomback, which is due for release in 2017. Andy Serkis will be reprising his role as Caesar from the first two rebooted movies in the franchise.
