At the TCA Summer Tour presentation, Netflix’s Ted Sarandos confirmed that the next of their Marvel series, AKA Jessica Jones, will premiere during the fourth quarter of this year, although he did not give a specific date, as he did for some of the other premieres.

He also confirmed that “ideally every six months, you’ll get a new season or series from The Defenders group”, with the first seasons leading up to The Defenders, but “some will selectively have multiple seasons”.
