Punisher: War Zone director Lexi Alexander is going to be behind the cameras later this year for an episode of the DC based series Arrow.

Asked on Twitter on  June 4th whether she was involved with any of the Netflix Marvel series which share a similar feel with Alexander’s 2008 contribution to the Marvel mythos, Alexander explained: “They have not. But I’m excited to direct Arrow in August. ;-)”

Alexander co-wrote and directed the movie Green Street, and wrote and directed Lifted.
