John Davis at Davis Entertainment is behind a planned reboot of Fox’s The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.

Based on the 2003 film – itself loosely taken from Alan Moore and Kevin O’Neill’s graphic novels – the new project will once again reunite Captain Nemo, the Invisible Man, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde and others to battle a common enemy. A proposed TV version never progressed beyond the pilot stage, and many have reckoned that Penny Dreadful currently fills the need for such a series.
