Following in the paw prints of Paddington, another famous bear is coming to the screen in a new live-action movie.

Disney has announced that A.A. Milne’s Winnie the Pooh will appear in a new movie to be written by Alex Ross Perry. According to the Deadline report, the focus will be on “Christopher Robin as an adult, which brings him back to A.A. Milne’s famous bear and the Hundred Acre Wood.”

The new Winnie the Pooh is yet another move by Disney to turn their animated successes into live-action films, with Cinderella now in cinemas, and Beauty and the Beast in production.
