The concluding episodes of the BBC version of Atlantis will finally hit screens after Easter.

The show will be returning to BBC One on Saturday April 11 at 7.45 p.m., allaying fears that the corporation were planning on burning off the remaining episodes in a late-night slot.

Seven episodes of the darker second season remain to be aired, but the BBC confirmed mid-January that it would not be receiving a pick-up order.
