Former Tomorrow People star Luke Mitchell is going from Homo superior to Inhuman for his latest role, on Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD.

Mitchell played John Young in the short-lived CW update of the 1970s ITV series. In Agents of SHIELD, which returns with new episodes in March, he will portray the “charismatic Inhuman Lincoln, who has an important role to play in Skye understanding the true extent of her transformation” that occurred at the end of the mid-season finale, according to Marvel.

“With the revelations surrounding Skye’s true identity in the Winter Finale, we knew we’d be introducing more Inhumans as our story progressed,” Executive Producer and Marvel’s Head of Marvel Television, Jeph Loeb explained. “The charming energy Luke brings to the role will make him a character to watch as we continue our season.”
