Captain America and The Hunger Games star Stanley Tucci will be one of the antagonists Matt Smith faces in his next Hollywood movie, Patient Zero, according to a report at Deadline.

The site suggests that Tucci, Oscar-nominated for his role as the serial killer in The Lovely Bones, will play “a professor who becomes infected, and highly violent. He becomes determined to crash the lab that’s working on a cure and thwart the search for Patient Zero”. Smith plays the immune survivor of the plague that has devastated mankind who is desperate to find a cure for his wife. Stefan Ruzowitzky is directing the action thriller written by Mike Le.
