Sci-Fi Bulletin: Exploring the Universes of SF, Fantasy, Horror and Spy-fi!

Although director David Lynch’s daughter Jennifer was very clear last year that the cult series Twin Peaks was not returning, comments made by the creator at the Lucca Film Festival hint otherwise.

“I AM PUTTING TO REST ALL STORIES OF TWIN PEAKS RETURN. THIS IS NOT HAPPENING.” was the post Jennifer Lynch placed on Facebook but at the festival, Lynch noted, “I’ve always said I love a continuing story, to love a world and be able to go deeper and deeper into that world. So there’s always a possibility, and you just have to wait and see.”

He and the show’s co-creator Mark Frost also posted simultaneous tweets referring to the series on Friday 3rd October: “Dear Twitter Friends: That gum you like is going to come back in style! #damngoodcoffee”
