The 1997 movie The Devil’s Advocate – which saw Al Pacino playing the head of a law firm who turns out to be the Devil himself – is heading for television.
According to Deadline, NBC are working with John Wells and Arnold Kopelson on an updated version, which will be penned by Bag of Bones adaptor Matt Venne. The project currently has a put pilot commitment but no guaranteed series.
As yet, no word as to who will be stepping into Keanu Reeves’ shoes as the hotshot lawyer who gets more than he bargained for at his new job.
