The new key characters for the third season of Arrow were revealed in a huge DC television panel at Comic-Con which covered everything from Arrow to Constantine, Gotham and The Flash, with airings of the pilots of the latter three shows.

Although he’s been a presence throughout the second season of Arrow, Ra’s al Ghul will be turning up properly in the third year (as seen in the video below) although we have not yet seen his face… Also appearing will be Ted Grant, aka Wildcat, a character first created in the 1940s by Bill Finger.
