Orphan Black will be back for a third series of 10 episodes next year, according to an announcement made by BBC America executives at the Television Critics Association tour in Los Angeles.
The drama starring Tatiana Maslany and co-created by Graeme Manson and John Fawcett, earned a Peabody Award this year. Maslany has received two back-to-back Critics’ Choice Awards for Best Actress, a TCA Award for Individual Achievement, a Young Hollywood Award, a Gracie Award and Golden Globe and People’s Choice nominations.
It has been the channel’s second most successful series after Doctor Who.
