snowblind BDa Vinci’s Demons’ David S. Goyer and Universal Television are working on a TV adaptation of Christopher Golden’s horror novel, Snowblind, according to a report at Deadline.

The novel, described by Sci-Fi Bulletin as “a chiller in every sense of the word“, tells of a group of people who disappear in a snowstorm in a New England town, and the horrors the townsfolk face during another storm 12 years later. The limited series will be executive produced by Goyer, Golden and Peter Donaldson.

Golden commented on Facebook that “Obviously anything can happen, but with Goyer and an amazing team at Universal Television, I have high hopes.”
