According to a report at Deadline, How I Live Now writer Jack Thorne will be penning the script for David S. Goyer’s adaptation of Neil Gaiman’s Sandman.
Goyer is producing the project with Joseph Gordon-Levitt, with plans for the actor to star in and direct the eventual film. Prolific tweeter Gaiman is taking a “social media break” and has not yet commented on the news.
