Sci-Fi Bulletin: Exploring the Universes of SF, Fantasy, Horror and Spy-fi!

Following the announcement that four new series are being prepared for Netflix featuring Marvel superheroes, ABC TV and Marvel TV are set to announce two major names to run Jessica Jones and Daredevil.

According to Deadline, Twilight scripter Melissa Rosenberg will be executive producer on Jessica Jones. She was first attached to the project three years ago when ABC first considered a series about the former superheroine who now runs a detective agency helping other superheroes. Whether her backstory will still include Spider-Man and the Human Torch is currently unknown.

Daredevil is likely to be under the auspices of Drew Goddard, whose career includes Buffy, Angel, Alias and Lost as well as The Cabin in the Woods.
