Sci-Fi Bulletin: Exploring the Universes of SF, Fantasy, Horror and Spy-fi!

The BBC has confirmed rumours that the Daleks will be back to face the Doctors in the 50th anniversary special, to be broadcast on November 23rd.

They will join the Zygons as enemies faced by John Hurt, David Tennant and Matt Smith. Indications from the panel at San Diego Comic Con this past weekend are that Hurt’s Doctor is the incarnation involved in the Time War, as previously speculated, and that the 10th Doctor and Rose are from the 2006 series.

According to Steven Moffat, “The Doctor once said that you can judge a man by the quality of his enemies, so it’s fitting that for this very special episode, he should be facing the greatest enemies of all.”
