According to a tweet by the show’s publicist, British acting veteran Phil Davis has signed up for the fifth series of Being Human.
“@PhilDavis6 cast as Captain Hatch in BBC3 BeingHuman ‘I don’t want to give too much away but I can reveal he is marvellously disgusting’,” Kyla Njoku wrote on August 13. Filming recently began on the new season of six episodes.
During his long career, Davis has appeared as Lucius Petrus Dextus in the Doctor Who series 4 episode The Fires of Pompeii, was a memorable villain in the first season of the updated Sherlock, and played the Gleeman last year on Merlin (above).
