Multi-award winning author China Miéville kicked off the promotional activity for his latest novel Railsea in London on May 23rd, and Sci-Fi Bulletin’s Alice Wybrew was there:

Appearing at Forbidden Planet’s flagship store on Shaftesbury Avenue, China gave a short reading from his new book followed by a Q&A and signing. As expected, the event saw an impressive turnout, with China’s most dedicated fans queuing to take home their signed copy of Railsea.

We’re looking forward to seeing what weird and wonderful new offerings China has in store for us in Railsea and you can check it out now by picking up your own copy from Amazon by clicking here

This was just the first of many upcoming events featuring China this week; check out the list below for more event information and keep up to date with his latest activity and more from the Tor team on Twitter by following @UKTor.
