Jon Feldman, co-creator of the short-lived superhero show No Ordinary Family, has sold a pitch for a mystery show with a sci-fi twist to ABC, Deadline.com reports.
The new series, described as Moonlighting meets Early Edition, focuses on a charming ex-con who receives video links to reports made by the TV crime reporter who was responsible for his incarceration – but the reports won’t be made for another 24 hours. The two of them then team up to try to stop the crimes from happening.
Feldman is writing the pilot script and will executive produce the show with his No Ordinary Family colleague Bob Sertner.
