The official list of titles, authors and directors for Doctor Who series 8 has been released by the BBC, with a few surprises in the credits.

Presumably because of the need to provide continuity on the new Doctor’s characterisation, head writer Steven Moffat is credited or co-credited with all bar one of the first half dozen episodes.

It is worth noting that the official site has not commented or, or given any credence to the rumours regarding Jenna Coleman’s alleged departure in the Christmas special.
